Financial Information: Financial information collected at Chipcount.com is never distributed under any circumstances to any party other than the owner of the particular Chipcount.com account being accessed. Chipcount.com employs a three tier security system that is available to our users at their own discretion. First, we offer the ultimate security in the total anonymity of our user accounts and information. Chipcount.com does not seek to know the true identity of our users nor their personal financial information. In fact, Chipcount.com encourages our users to create their accounts using anonymous techniques discussed on account creation. Chipcount.com does view our user anonymity as a very secure and powerful means of information exchange with regards to our future functionality. Second, Chipcount.com does offer a secure connection via 128-bit SSL, a robust, stanadard security device which encrypts all information sent between your internet browser and our servers. Third, all user and account level information is encrypted and stored in our databases using multiple keys. When all the aforementioned security measures are combined together, your data is not only anonymous and untraceable but also encrypted when stored or delivered to you as well. Finally, every action you make on the Chipcount.com system, from entering transactions to viewing account reports or sorting data, is authenticated.

Security truly is our number one objective. We feel that our system is safe and secure not only to because we want you to feel secure but also because we use our system every day as well. Remember to always keep your username and password anonymous. We do understand hackers do exist. In response to this, if your password is entered wrong too many times, you are notified of the possible hack attempt via email. Also, the IP Address (unique identifier of the computer trying to log-in) is also stored with a special delimiter telling us there was a possible breach attempt. All attempts to log-in under any account are logged, as are logoffs. If you believe someone is trying to use your account, please contact a customer service representative immediately and our security team will take the appropriate measures. If someone is attempting to use your identity, all legal measures will be taken to pursue the possible offender, and we will surrender any documentation authorities need to prosecute a perpetrator to the fullest extent of the law.

Any further questions regarding our security can be directed to admin@chipcount.com
